Afternoon everyone ...havn't been around much , attending too many marriages nowadays , its a crazy shaadi season in delhi right now 😆

Just saw the etv holi segment ...all are having so much fun, sanaya and dhrasti are a riot .😆

Excited for this week's dhamaka episodes. Hoping the TRPs get a boost too. Popularity of the show cannot be doubted, as people who are liking it and those who continue to critique it are both following the episodes and commenting. Anyway, wondering why this one show is being put in the dock constantly for not revoluntionzing the daily soap arena of Indian television.

Liked the Holi promo shoot segment. Hoping for a fun program with Sanish dancing.

@bold ... umm, that would be because the other new show on the same channel is such a revolutionary new concept ... an English speaking sophisticated saas scheming against her equally educated modern bahu, with the help of her two scheming older DILs ... and bahu crying copious tears a la Gopi vhau while doing all the self sacrificing deeds on the alter of family honour and pride.

Vaise, RR has definitely picked up pace with the return of the Thakur ... whether it was his paternity leave that was the cause for dragging, or the split between ST and AS, don't know ... but it all seems to be sorted out now. The show is back on track ... and how!

i lol liked the episode today.. i am the first to moan about Laila usually.. but today i actually felt very bad for her!

I don't think Rudra ever understood that the stupid woman held on to him out of a bond n not just physical gratification. which was the only thing he had for her..
AND familiarity which saved her life and gave her the opportunity to speak without getting her neck slashed immediately!

Anyway damn i wish they kept Varun good! n make it an accident! it would have kept the story a lot more complicated on Paro's end.. i would have loved the emotional turmoil!

I'm happy with Laila today because now I can freely hate her ... without bothering about her feelings in the slightest 😆

If she had threatened Rudra, I would have felt more for her ... she threatened Paro. Bewakoof woman ... so if Rudra falls in love again after another eight years, she'll threaten the next woman in his life ... without stopping to think that she's being the fool waiting for 8 years and he's gone and found another woman without a word to her? If she had any self respect, she would blast him and then walk out on him and never look back. And if she had done that, I would have felt more for her.

Love, like respect, can't be demanded ... it doesn't happen on command. And definitely not by threats ... with that threat, she blew whatever last chance she had with Rudra ... not that she had any, and I think this wedding just drove the point home.

Bold- Exactly, I understand her anger and heartbreak, but her resolve to hurt Paro to get back at Rudra, turned her into a vamp.

The makers would have a tough time justifying Paro developing feelings for a guy who killed her "good" husband, even if it was in the line of duty and more importantly they wanted the pendulum of sympathy and righteousness to swing towards the hero- the patriot.
