He was definitely one hell of a ruler. As far as cruel is concerned...its kinda twisted. Uss century mein gorging out someone's eyes for a crime, murdering women & children of your enemies & stuff...its barbaric right now, but uss time pe it was kind of...normal 😳. Akbar DID bring about some good changes.
