a few days ago ppl were complaining a lot abt Paro hyperventilating a lot in every scene (SI) and then tbere was some seg abt it and SI said she goes overboard sometimes and something. the hyperventialtion came down drastically since then
then abt the clothes esp the dupatta..apparently its been changed the way she drapes the dupatta (dunno if permanently or for a scene) amd this was the raging issue till a couple of days ago

even ashish reads sj's posts almost daily..or so he had said to someone abt phatphatiya post on twitter

Sad, isn't it that they repeatedly refused to incorporate viewer feedback for MEIEJ. I did not read the dupatta post but feels like the issues are handled by the actors themselves rather than the CVs. I recall reading somewhere that SI does pay attention to online viewership and was wondering why the online response to CC was so good but in terms of TRPs, it was poor. I am interested to know if any track, story or character changes are brought about in RR as a result of viewer feedback. It could also be that MEIEJ is their sounding board for RR, i.e mistakes made in MEIEJ will not be repeated in RR coz have to tread carefully with a big budget show...😕.

They showed Bji's son in today's episode and if I am not mistaken, he said something about having a taxi but he can't be a taxi driver😕. In any case, he does not look male lead material but would like to see him as a positive character given he is Bji's son. Something to that effect was implied too.

Anita: this isnt in response to online viewers per se but trps in general...acc to Ashish Sharmas new iv they have jumped the premise from guns and roses to fire and ice in RR and the furmture story will be decoded on basis of whether love or hate story gathers more trps..there goes the claims of 200 epi already being written 😆
they already are showing loads of encounters between the two..where there is push pull amd also where he nurses her..and needless to say..the falling in live phase always brings in trps

So then, it is possible that the CVs have learnt their lesson from MEIEJ going south on the TRP charts! Declining TRP's, it seemed made no difference whatsoever in building one negative track after the other for MB. Perhaps, they can't afford to take such risks at the very start of an expensive production!

as for SI..she has said that she follows IF for feedback (reason why there are regular articles and videos on her and RR). it was counter productive for ChanChan coz they went with fan opinion who chane ke jaad pe chadaoed a disastrous pair with farhan khan and the story. it was only when a section raised opinion that he was changed on SIs insistence

fortunately RR forum has a fair share of people who state their mind irrespective if their love for SI

Good to know coz I am restricting myself to just SJ's posts and comments if I have the time. I am relying on you and Bahnni to post anything interesting from that forum.

However the show has a liberal dose of saas-bahu politics which will kill my burgeoning interest if it persists 🥱

RR...as long as AS doesn't open his mouth he's good...his expressions,mannerism and overall persona gels well with the character he's playing but his boyish voice/tone is such a let down. Paro evidently has accepted to being referred as 'bhabhi ji' and rudra's 'mangetar' without a fuss! & the mausi ji's unnatural obsession with 'mausam' is off putting but she has got the cream of the dialogues from RS. Agree with Ami...the falling in love phase pulls the greatest TRPs but RR is yet to make ST's desired impact.

i enjoy AS and SI's offscreen interactions...they are completely at ease with each other 👍🏼 wonder why DVD never gelled so well?🤔 ah well...they did a fantastic job on screen and that's what matters 😉
