The thing I liked today was no one forced aliyah to say yes, neither the mom nor the uncle. Both explain their point of view to aliyah but leave the decision to aliyah herself.

And zian talked to aliyah without running away. Aliyah does come to talk to her abbu but she can't say the thing fearing how he would take it. A natural reaction of a loving daughter. So thank god for the creatives for not going over the top in such an clichd track. Me impressed.

So verdict on the on air shows from my masisa who infact is a TRP viewer:

RR: Great performances and wonderful attempt to try something grand on the small screen BUT not very entertaining ATM.

BI: Wonderful cast and she really likes the hero. Light, entertaining watch ATM, how far it continues to hold attention is anyones guess..

BV: Best show on TV Man she has been watching the damn thing for 5 years now and refuses to let go..

24: Was just brilliant and eagerly awaiting Season 2..

Kamedy nights with Kapil: Just awesome for some weekend laughs!

@meens, bechare your arnavji is really a nice guy if he is shoveling snow for you.

Loved your aunty's take on the various shows. My circle of friends also have same to same opinion on RR, BI and 24. Almost everyone gave up RR after the first week. Most of us are waiting for 24, the only show of colors that was genuinely nice.

With ballika vadhu, I think the audience feels connected to the characters and hence continue to follow it. Same is the case of pavitra ristha and yes rishta. These shows have their own fans.

With all the adulation and away from cliche admiration posts, I think dekheka padi😳.

I had started watching ThP too but then had to go to India for a month plus and completely lost track of it..Maybe I can catch up on that too if it is worth it..I think Sush was watching it and used to make regular posts on the forum but I saw her yest on the RR forum saying that's the only show she is currently watching😕 so maybe she dropped it..

I have seen some DP's and pics of the BI leads around the forum and I think they make a handsome pair. I also really like their names Aliya and Zain..looks like the show is about going the distance from A-Z and meeting midway maybe at M (marriage)!

All i can hope for the fandom of any show going forward is that the all important C ki mystery na ho, n discussions be on how good or bad the scene was n not on hua ki nahi

. N then followed by a post from the writers explaining the difference between C and love making😲
