Nope. Ekat would have made Shyam and Anjali Son to be Shyam again and then Akash and Paayal will adopt a kid, who will look like Kushi and is played by Sanaya but live in america and the Shyam Jr and Kushi Jr1/4 would fall in love not knowing who they both are.
