It's not true as far as I know. It was rumoured that Ben is going to be in Dr. Strange but there is no official news. If he would be in it then there is the possibility of delay but there is no offical news regarding this infact the officials are saying that the pre shooting preparations have started so ya..😃
The especial episode is going to be filmed sometime in January while S4 later next year so the dates are pretty much the same. But Moffat said that there would be loads of tragedies.
