Just one quick point and no more from me on this one!
Even as per law, Death Penalty is awarded in RAREST OF RARE CASES (which means a murder that is ghastly, committed with a deplorable motive, in most cases planned in cold blood and ghastly...)
In this case, even Prosecution case is: Father discovered daughter in an objectionable position, lost his cool and killed daughter and the servant!
Any Judge would be shit scared of considering what clearly, even going by prosecution case, is at best a killing committed in the heat of moment and enrage, as a Rarest of Rare case!
Clearly, the Judge in this case, has been swayed by Media Frenzy and has given in to making a 'Popular Judgement'. Any Higher court, even if it considers it to be a case of murder by parents, would give them Life Imprisonment at the most...death...NO WAY!
