Wedding was one of a kind .

Shamas 9 friends left their mates behind and storm my home on Friday . My husband put up sing " Dharmshala . Please walk in and find your corner "

Just imagine 10 girls . Last time they met was Shamas wedding .

Whole night they Carried on. No wonder my husband runs away from this home .

Saturday was real test to his patience . 10 girls 5 of them brides maid , trying to get ready for wedding . No place in my home to hide . I was busy with their " Sajana sawarana " make up and putting saries on. My husband had only 10 mints to get ready .

Wedding was grand . I am not use why people spend that much money . Too much glitter. Bride was overdressed . Most people were overdressed . They looked like goddess Laxmi Ma .I was the underdressed girl in the crowd .

First time in her life Shama performed at the wedding . She was excellent . Dressed in White Anarkali he looked gorgeous. I was sorry my mother and her husband didn't witness this .. She did Baithi Lawami . Which is extremely difficult on Hindi song . I was impressed .

We had fun . dance our hearts out ! Music was great . My kind . Food . sucked .good drinks .

. I saw Thomas hank movie today . Loved it .

Wedding without good food...ahhh what's the point of spending all that money when you failed the most important requirement of a wedding 😆

The Tom Hanks movie- I heard its good...remind me what its about.

In India , if everyone has their separate life people will be happier , but city's like Mumbai it's very difficult . Housing shortage and cost of apartment forces people to stay together. But our culture is different , we are expected or forced to be with each other . Saumya family doesn't stay together but she still has drama to face .

In US it's different story .

Being part of extended family is very difficult .i wished I knew way out . I have extended family from both sides . It's pain in my rear end

We are diehard Tom Hank fans . He is 57 yrs old . This was captain Phillip movie it's on ship hijack by Somalis Pirates , great movie . Real story told by ship captain . Filmed in ocean .HE will get awards for the movie . I was glued to the movie . I want you to to see it . Two main actors Did incredible acting . Worth watching .

Well that's one pro of being an only child (and more so your spouse being an only child)...no annoying relatives to deal with. Oh yes, I was watching a piece on the news about that film. Apparently the crew on the ship don't hold the captain in such high regard- they seem to blame him for the hijack. Anyway, I'll have to catch it sometime.

Not left...got booted out Nothing seems to be working today...not wireless, not USB, not wired, no nothing. Hoping tomorrow is better.
