I had lost a bunch of pounds last year... had followed a points system here ... at the end of the day ... what I noticed was that I was being made to eat less carbs... like rice, bread and stuff loaded with sugar. Main reduction I had to do was in rice. and the weight reduced steadily... like magic!

Polly you are a bengali too, so yea big NO to rice as there is no way I can eat it less 😛 I love black coffee so no worries of sugar 😃 & I hate Sweets other than shondesh.

i first slept bfore lunch...then after lunch...😆 then wake up n watched EBP..

..😆 finally my mom successfully pushed me out of bed...and i went for walk...yeh tha mera whole schedule...😆

nai for same reasons😆 koi to give light hearted serial with good laugh and offcourse script.ipk in starting was so fun 😒 and shows svs remix etc.
will wait to see mahabharat though.
