Ako vam barem trecina dana prode u sjedenju za racunalom, uz neku brzu hranu koje ni ne znate koliko ste pojeli i grickalice, velika je vjerojatnost da vec imate problema s kilogramima.

Dovoljno ce biti i tjedan dana planirane i kontrolirane prehrane da se primjete prvi rezultati, što ce vas potaknuti da nastavite na taj nacin i dovedete svoju dnevnu konzumaciju u red.

Dorucak jednostavno ne smijete preskakati, a dan možete zapoceti, primjerice, s jednim tostom na kojem je malo svježeg sira i rajcicom, ili 30 g pahuljica s mlijekom ili jogurtom.

Jednako dobar izbor je tost s malo putra, kuhano jaje i pola caše soka od narance, kao i banana sendvic od dvije šnite kruha, žlicice meda, komadicima banane i malo svježeg sira. Svaki od ovih dorucaka ima 250 kalorija.

Rucak je jednako važan obrok, pa predlažemo 200 grama krumpira, porciju salate, dvije šnite sira i cašu nemasnog jogurta kao prvu varijantu, a druga može biti sendvic od 50 grama hladne piletine, žlica kiselih krastavaca ili 25 grama tvrdog sira i light majoneza, a može i 75 grama svježeg sira i cešnjak. Uz to pojedite veliku salatu. Rucak takoder ima 250 kalorija.

Veceru pojedite ranije, a odaberite nešto od sljedeceg: 75 grama tjestenine s umakom ili 75 grama racica, a može i 100 grama kuhane piletine. Druga mogucnost je 150 grama pecene puretine ili piletine sa 75 grama pomfrita ili 125 grama kuhanog krumpira. Treci prijedlog je velika porcija salate uz kuhano meso s rižom. Ovakva vecera ima 400 kalorija.

Svaki od ovih obroka priprema se brzo i jednostavno, tako da necete potrošiti puno vremena. Sretno!

Samo da se javim 😉 ako se neko pitao (a niko nije 😆) ja sam malo zauzeta i tako ce biti sve dokne udjem malo vise u kolotecinu novog rezima ustajanja 😆..verovatno vam je Biki prenela a mozda ste i same videle na fejsu, pocela sam da radim 👍🏼, danas mogu to i da objavim jer mi je receno da sam primljena i da cu od prvog biti i prijavljena 😃 U pitanju je stvarno odlican posao na odlicnoj poziciji ,ali o tome cu vise na fejsu,ovde nije mesto za te stvari..htela sam samo da vam se javim, u slucaju da je Nada vec pocela da dize paniku 😆
