But I do believe that for Barun other things r important...otherwise he wud taken the 1 lakh and stayed on...but he was really unhappy and so left

Yes the pay is more in entertainment industry and the sports industry but they pay because the returns are that much. Even the actors or players demand more because the producers or the organisers end up with lot more. They pay because they afford. It is pure business and there is no loss because of the high pay.

But Tanya, don't take it the wrong way but your comment is an insult to any professional sportsman. It is also a job and around the world people love watching men running around a ball or men standing and hitting a ball with a bat. 😃

that is what i mean.. i think its personal choice.. there are people who do their maths equating working hours = money got.. but there are people who equate working hours = creative satisfaction or personal happiness.. that is where each case is different i think.. no one should be blamed for what choice they make ... yes like you said he could have just said that i do not wish to go on like this instead of "doing the math" 😆 😆

well among others yes😆...see if he finds it too much, and he finds his brain beind dead or his body being exhausted...it is fine...and he shud leave...but when u r getting paid much much much much much more than a lot of other ppl who work equal or more hours...then talking abt work hrs being the reason is not a very smart move in my opinion

But for Barun I believe other things matter more than money...so he quit...
