Nisha I find DABH too regressive for my taste ... but I agree that it is closer to reality .. because there is still this soch prevalent. But i like the presentation of the show very much ...and they show how the DIL deals with all these things ... maybe not in a modern way... but the best way possible given her situation. they don't claim to be a path breaking show ... just drama and entertainment. high viewership speaks for that show itself. But I have never been able to follow it for long... coz it is not my preference. but the show is very well made...and cud assess that becoz whenever I tune in ... i get pulled into what they are showing.

Yes SC is under scanner and its surviving because firstly of SLB and second its not an absolute loss. Above 2 is still good if you look at most of the shows TRP.

Moreover SP do not want to launch any show in jiffy or take off a show in a jiffy after the Ek Dusre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum, which had over 2 TRP yet they yanked it for Khamoshiyan, which was much promising (uncanny similarities 😆) but was a disaster. Almost similar thing happened to SC ... but its not a disaster as of now but it did not do the expected business too.

What I was referring to was the write up on IF.

yes anand is a very relatable character as a protective brother

the kid behaves like how any normal kid would in its place.. nothing over dramatic

All these shows one thing is common ... No one is evil (maybe BV DadiSa was in the beginning do not know) ...& they never bring up an issue just like that ... if they do bring it up they close it properly.

Here in internet people may fuss about their favourite show and connect in long write ups and make their own logic but for a person who is just giving half and hour to TV or lets say just watching TV for the sake of it, do not have time to ponder.

Agree..! I see this 'ghungat' issue was done in a more convincing way in YRK and DABH and it didnt look out of place. So the audience could connect more. It was all part of a track not the track itself.
