Ok: MD and Ptji: OMG OMG; I am humbled and I cannot belieev that MD matched Maharajji step to step; and she was so humble about it

and PtJi is a legend; I am humbled by watching him

MD and Sunny: Loved it; MD's expressions and her blushing..awww; waise her lehenga yest and her saree today were Vikram Phadnis

I have to say that what Sonali said to her about wanting to be like her made me teary eyes because when i watched HAHK and DTPH and Aaja Nachle and Devdas, I too wanted to BE her😳 and she made me want to learn dance;

KJo is a good soul; loved how he gushed over the IGT kids and from what he said it must be true; him wanting to adopt

Remo sir -- I wish he had been stricter with certain choreos and participants😕 but I admire him nonetheless

Remo to direct a movie along the lines of the fast and furious starring Sid Malhotra (from SOTY) for Dhama-UTV; Remo is also part of the jhalak creative team..his new intv confirms

P.S> Sidwa seemed quite tongue tied in front of the judges

I wish he opens up eventually😆

even though performance wise Sid needs to practice and work hard; i was blown away by his humility

when sonia said--you are collector saab ballika vadhu--he was like--OMG she knows who I am; and yes it may have been scripted but nevertheless some actors were like--I am so and so and i play such and such character on TV

when MD told Manish that fans were shouting for Sid, Sid's expression was like OMG--I have fans😆really?😕😆how??😆and then judges' praise aside I felt that he did not use the 'vote for your shiv' card that DD used for her MB or support me like you always have card that shweta used and when kapil asked him how he rates himself he said lets see what i do next week before i rate myself

I cannot tell you how proud that made me

and yes he was off sync, and stiff but i felt that the playful sid we see in the interviews on set was not the same sid on jhalak--he was really shy here

what i didn't like was when he and Sonia were like: we are coming for the Jhalak trophy; watch out; i was like Let's just dance first shall we😕😆

Hello shello all...if anybody's around

Just caught the JDJ premiere and 1st week performances:

- Sidwa - Not impressed...his performance was okayish, yeah he looked confident and was better than what I expected but I want to see him do some REAL DANCE...The marks for concepts will go to Sonia...so 3D mapping on TV was unique but it limited the scope for dance <<thats what was the idea I guess>>...thats y I liked when Remo said that without 3D thingy, I would love to see if ul can deliver something as amazing or something<<in terms of dancing>>

Neway since, its the first week and there were some worse off performances, Sid stands fine on the scorecard...Im ok with his marks...KJo rates on entertainment factor more so...it was definitely something that stood out amongst other performances

Sidwa was quite decent with Jacqueline IMO...He was kinda moving there somewhat and was looking like a dream😳😳...bessht looking guy...

Me too damn happy with the way he has conducted himself so far...so sensible and smart and humble

- Punit- Lauren -OMG OMG OMG...this pair is just outstanding...just perfect...they will be what Salman - Isha were last year...at some other level altogether...though her inclusion is super unfair to everyone else...but I guess JDJ guys do that everytime...there is always one super amazing dancer in the show...specifically for 'pure dance lovers' mayb

Sushant-Lauren were just too good...Sushant...wow wow wow

- Savio-Meghna - I loved them...Meghna was impressionable in her first performance...she can move and move well <<I love her hairstyle...it makes her look so glamorous>>...one pair I really look forward to...she might not stick much though becoz of votes factor<<I want to see what they show next week though>>

- DD-Salman - disappointment galore...I dont like DD much...but dont hate her either...so considering the fact that the promos were magic...the performance was that much more of a disappointment...she was nervous, shaking, slipping, not light on the feet...I expect better from Salman too

- KVB irritates me...so even if they both give a mindboggling performance...I dont think am gona care for it

- Manish - Kapil - I dont like Kapil...his jibes are not funny and OTT...I felt Manish was not himself when Kapil was around...and he was better off being with the contestants alone after their performance

- Shaan-Marischa - There is immense likeability factor about Shaan...he is soo sweet and his smile...so earnest and genuine and innocent...he can do better I feel...atleast he was enjoying the dance...

About the rest..I am kinda not interested so no comments...coz it might reflect my disinterest and appear biaised😆

Aww moment: When MD said I love Jab se tere naina song and RK hid his face😆😆...LOVED it😳

Remo, KJo, MD, RK were all in their elements...❤️

@ Sheena -- True-- I was also like surprised that Sid did not use the Shiv card for support in JDJ.. maybe he knows his audience well enough that they know how to distinguish between Sid and Shiv?? Interesting...

Haven't watched the entire part of Jhalak.. Watched Sid's part.😳

Sid's first act for me was not too bad. Less dance. I was surprised at Remo's comments. Sid was right.. The judges were really kind. I hope he gets to dance better soon.

I don't like Kapil too.. Manish is better off without him.

DD was so nervous. Her performance with all the hype from the promo was not all that good. I guess from the promos the expectations were a bit too high..

I have yet to watch Shaan's..

I wasn't too impressed with dancing part though the act in it's entirety looked good.I felt that they did deserve the marks for all the work that has gone into it if not for the dance.Definitely lot of time creativity and hard work has gone into it and that should be given respect.

Judges were very kind to him with their comments.I think they will go easy on him for at least another 2-3 weeks before they tighten the screws.

Madhuri and the hosts seem to have acknowledged his fan base.😊

One thing that needs to be said about Sid though he has awesome screen presence.

I think he was better in that introductory dance with Jaquline.

In that Jhalak press meet performance he was actually moving even if the dance is atrocious he was not stiff there.

To be honest I am glad Sid's performance was on day 2 because all I saw on Day 1 was RK and his charm; even watched the episode again just for RK

Ghagra w MD; flirting w MD; RK pose with DD, Kapil, Manish, KJo; Jab se tere naina and hiding his face; balam pichkari w Lauren; sabun dance; and the gestures when KJo was giving points

It was all just so amazing and the reason why the guy is such a heartthrob.

I found the deols boring in comparison and except for the sunny-MD portion didn't enjoy much

Thus I could actually focus on the dancing aspect more

Two reasons why I'm in angry buttercup mode:

* Balika Vadhu -> never been more irritated at the show since I started watching it last year.

* JDJ -> I currently have a 'I dare you to impress me' attitude towards the show (I've enjoyed it so far but I don't know if it is going to hold my attention for the entire duration)

So irritable and not easily impressed = Buttercup 😃

I got lazy and didn't wake up in time so only had a chance to search and watch one dance...and top of my list was not Sid...but MD and Pt Birju Maharaj Had to then watch it a few times and then make my mum watch it too 😆

It could have been filmed better though because I feel like they missed on some of the amazing movements

Also caught the MD acknowledging Sid's fan base part. Sid's face of 'Who me? Really? 😕' 🤣
