The first version seemed a lot better TBH. Why does Indian TV need to highlight bhabi, bahu, saas in every story. Why can't they keep it like a realistic modern day concept like the first promo. That was actually something i would try; the second promo seemed like a total been there done that🥱

Came back and re-read, to realize that I may have mistakenly given the impression that I grew up in any sort of conflict...nothing could be further from truth. This is not all nostalgia speaking, but growing up in Lucknow was the best example of the Indian brand of secularism (not what the word means here in the US) that you can find anywhere. We were just two Muslim families in the neighbourhood and celebrated all the festivals together. Be it diyas and crackers on Diwali, colours and ghujias on Holi, or my Mom's kebabs and sewayyan on Eid...everyone participated and enjoyed. The families I grew up with remain the dearest of friends to this day. And then there were the school friends...again, life long friendships that continue to this day.

Pri, Earlier it seems it was how a single woman will take responsibility of her kids and how her family supports her but now the creatives seem to have weaved the whole story around Bhabhi - Nanad equation. So I doubt Supriya is going to have a good role in this show - Even if she has, she is going to be sidelined as the focus is going to be on Bhabhi - Nanad equation. I am not too keen on the new revamped version.

It's all a little bitter sweet for me though coz my last connection with the IPL is done too...no Sachin no cricket and now just remains Sachin in the five day version of the game the sooner he retires the better coz i can finally be done with it all...a lifetime spent idolizing a kid who turned into my biggest obsession and the biggest name in cricket ever...life without him in a game i lived for seems very weird but heck i am ready for that too 😆
