Add stroke on it
(go to layer>layer style>stroke)
.
Nd go to layer new layer
create a layer
go to paint bucket tool
fill this layer with the colour u want(chose grey)
(ab pura pic grey hojayega)
nw
go to filter>noise>add noise
make necesary adjustments in scale...
(nw bg wil turn into a dotted one)
Nw

go to layer option
select *create clipping mask*
glitter wil be added to it

Nw repeat the steps again
by creating a new layer frm layer option
paint bucket tool
noise
create cliping mask
