polly...nice to know that...we are in dammam...and jubail is like one hour from here. i like jubail and we often visit coz we have friends there. and i like it best in the night when all the lights in the industrial area is lit up. there are a lot of changes now. you should visit sometime.

Yes...been to damman few times. Actually I lived in jubail industrial city itself..coz my dad worked in one of those companies there...night view of all the industry lights was awesome! Will never forget that. Parents were there almost 15 years...dad retired and moved back to india about 5-6 yrs back. So no chance of visiting there now. But have great memories of living there...school, friends, get togethers...tent parties on the beach!

Sigh...am feeling nostalgic now... some of the best years for me.

you know my inlaws have been here for more than 35 years now. its like their home. my husband and his brothers grew up here and only went to India for college. they too are students of Indian embassy school, dammam. i came here 4 years back. its okay for me...getting adjusted to it. since i had been in India all my life ...initially it was tough. now im used to it.

oh we all have the beach parties and barbecue parties in winter. its fun!!!

Hehehe! Chotu sa ladoo! I really like her... Hmm, in normal cases this is the good feeling that a nice show n a nice forum brings in. If she is the same Anki, then it doesnt feel like, oh 'saavan is back'! Nothing like that. That show is over n so 'saavan' is also an archived sweet memory. But, it feels good to see all friends meeting!
