Okay thodi si jhanjhat waali remedy hai but my sister used it after gaining weight during pregnancy so its tried and tested one..
Isabgol powder >> 2 table spoon
kala namak (black salt) powder >> 1/3 tea spoon
kalonji (black cumin) (grinded) >> 1/3 tea sp
fresh sqeezed lemon/lime juice >> 2 tea sp
honey >> one table sp
apple cider vinegar >> 1 tea sp
take one big glass of warm water (microwave it for 80 sec at least), mix all the above ingredients together and drink it before breakfast everyday..
bcoz of vinegar it has a very awful taste but u will get used to it within a week..
