indi di...good point about audience and IPK...actually, ultimately it was the utterly loyal audience who got the worst deal in the entire fiasco... a huge misconception was created amongst its makers...they mistook the audience' passion for their product for interference and dictating terms...that is because they simply failed to respect the love the audience had for their baby. (obviously, now that we know how much they love their babies)🤔
Secondly, this is typical shifting of blame...so easy ain't it to blame audience for it all... audience wanted to see only arnav-khushi so we neglected everything else.

it is the age-old B/C-grade film producers' argument...we are giving the audience what they want.. don't blame us. It is those who rise beyond this kind of thinking who make meaningful stuff. Alas, this production house made such a meaningful, heartfelt beautiful product and then stood and stomped all over it.
If today aamir khan is respected coz he gave the audience not just what they want, but he made them want more stuff and want better quality stuff. That is the crucial difference.
