Lol.. want health tips?

I gain weight like crazy..

I was so happy I lost two pounds.. 'coz I worked out and had salads all week!

Then I went to the dept party yesterday and hogged on such delicious roti and mutter paneer.. There was chicken and olives too.. but somehow the mutter paneer was simply brilliant! I only had half of the oh-so-delicious cupcake!

But I gained back the two pounds.

Now I am trying to finish all the chips and murukku.. so I can start controlling my diet. It's hard when you have all this at home!

So I am with you yaara! 😭
