arti - even i gain weight very easily
but then thanks to my gym classes and dance classes

Lol.. I am an expert now.
Two years ago.. I gained so much.. then lost 22 pounds in a span of 6 months!

I am very good when it comes to dieting.. well if I go shopping for fruits and veggies regularly. Else I will hog on chips when I'm stressed!

What tips do you want yaara?

Basically lots of veggies and fruits.. cut down on carbs, eat lots of protein.. If you hog on unhealthy food, make sure you eat more healthy stuff to compensate for that. And workout is very important. Workout for at least half an hour every day if you can!
