You know I have certain friends who are so apathetic towards food ...ok i get it if your mom cooks bad food so then its pardonable cause you never developed the heightened tastebuds and could not be an epicure but this one friend is unaffected by food despite having an awesome cook in her mom😡

Let's see.. there was mutton soup. Appam/parotta and mutton kurma. Pulav and chicken curry. Kappa (boiled tapioca) and tamarind fish curry.. it was just perfect.. Of course there was the veggie equivalent.. but I didn't even touch it!

Hmm.. what did I have today morning.
I made an omelette stuffed with mushroom and spinach and made myself a cardamom tea.. and followed by about 5 murukkus.. and a peda.

Not yet decided what to do about lunch.. !

Arti, Please invite me for lunch/dinner 😆....i love appam and stew

Reshmi, that was from the wedding I went to.

I can try making appam.

I have made appams only once.. I mean I made it four times.. I got it right the fourth time.. then I never made it again. It's a pain to get it right! I got the idiyappam tool this time.. Will try that. I love idiyappam too! 😊 I simply love stew .. though I always make it with chicken .. I buy mutton very rarely, 'coz its so fatty!
