Isn't it high time we changed the rules for who are kids and grown up and concentrate on adolescent counselling not only for those in elite schools but even arrange for fee counselling ...

We have freel Polio drops here in India...isn't disturbed child hood/adolescence and its treatment needed...why can't they use psychiatrists and give free counselling sessions!!!

Moreover i think 16+ limit can be kept...sigh

yup talks are there and i sincerely wish its brought into practice...if kids below 18 can be given the pressure of deciding their career and facing boards exam, medical entrance and all such pressure then surely they know right career from wrong career...right and from wrong so its the best to reduce the age to 16...

and i think good counselling right after 13 and or right from fourteen through only career counselling but sensible value education, ethics etc would help in reducing crimes...

Yep and I read that the convict who is in the juvenile detention centre raped her twice, once when she was unconscious and also he is the one who lured them into the trap... such a sick mind.. so what if he is 17 going on 18? now that he has tasted blood, he should not be let out in the society... .. I also read that there was another rape and murder in Delhi today.. gosh what is happening to that city... according to statistics there is a rape in every 21 minutes in India.. that's shocking... 😲
