But then u wont find scene similarities much -- uncanny only one place where the Hero there too opens her hair and insists "this looks good" and you hopelessly connect it there !!!

But thn Fawaad is really good -- acting chops plus look section -- he matches the character to T -- and the chemistry is really good !!!

You get the intense jealousy, indifference to falling in love -and the Redemption track here...

- the mature girl in love (who Khushi should have been after Diwali track) or whom we got glimpses in the after Heer Ranjha at the starirway outside RM moments...

All in all a good show -- highly recommeneded -- if after IPK you dont have any dose and dont care for the trash copies of MD and QH being served -- really use the holidays to see the series...

23 epis and a lovely sound track - haunting ghazal -- am at the 15th epi now !!!

PS and surprisingly (sorry no way to demean another society/country) -- its awsm to see here the writers playing the guts and the hero sending the woman for higher studies --- and in our shows --- ooopsss lesser said the better !!!

PS1 some soapy teary drama at epi 11-12 -- but handled really well, acted beautifully and the song holds the slow, melodramatic moments intact...so you wont cringe ---

btw...In the last picture that Beena posted -- the smailing daadi wala pic, he looks a bitlike Barun/ASR!

p.s. Priya, your synopsis really made me nostalgic for IPK and all the thoughts of what could have been had the makers remained invested in it till the end and if the tracks hadn't derailed from time to time post Feb :(

Daisy was nostalgic seeing the tracks playing out in this show yesterday -- as these were the tracks we were meant to get after Feb...

and I was surprised to hear from the horse's mouth the other day -- team had lost interest way back in Nov - Dec lst year...as what they had started out initially tracks -- when those started to get changed...😭
