Don't worry...hum koi na koi solution nikal leingey...

SO first of choose 5-6 pictures and edit them...with photo editors...i'll tell you some of the good websites...write happy birthday...add balloons, frills, cakes etc. on photos...and store them in a folder

Then in windows live movie maker...

when you open it...there is sign saying add pictures...then add those pictures...and play it...pehle try it then make final one...
