haan yaar medicines tho irritate ho gayi hoon

she is on some steriod now

for 3 months

its the only thing thats gonna help,she gets non stop coughing day and night

kitna problem hota hai isme but ya luk warm oil se masage helps a lot
in feet n in hand palm as well
specially old people say mustard oil

that s best in these cases

Don't give her too many steroids...it will affect her health...after years...

don't give her cold food...feed her garam garam khana...esp roti...it helps...

just like me...I gained too much of weight...and now...ab woh weight loss hi nahi ho raha hai...tried many things and all...
