Moisturizer! Lots of it! Moisturize the whole body bfr going out!!! #MANDATORY

And chap-sticks so lips don't crack...vaseline will do.

Hair - i don't know if u wear it open, but if u do it gives good warmth and take a cap that covers ur ears and head. Retains body heat.

Zehra, Thick Jumpers and layers of clothes .. Ohh and socks especially if its cold at night in bed..
