so this is what i had posted on the FAQ section:

31st October, 2012, 11.59 Pm, Mountain Time... same thing as Eastern Time, 1.59 am, 1st November, 2012.

This is the same as 1st November, 2012, @ 11.29 A.M. indian standard time.
