Hello people...had a crazy, CRAZY busy day...this is the kind of day I can write a story on😆...too much happening all over the place...but best thing is that I picked up FOUR awesome pairs of shoes...a RARITY with me...lol...that I'm ever firstly HAPPY with the kind of stuff I see in stores and that they manage to comfortably fit me if I even like a pair...so I'm like SUPER happy...got SOME pretty stuff at last! :D :D


@Amy: Btw did you ever end up finishing that first season of OUAT? I kinda got into it again last night and watching the early few epis again that I missed, didn't mind it so much...might end up watching the whole first season now too...that along with DW is in my list of "light" things to watch to alternate with Dexter and BB😆

JZ/Nur....Harry is not Dexter's dad..100% confirmed...his biological dad dies..yes harry has an affair with his mom, but to me the very simple reason that he saves Dex ..I thought was, you know Harry was involved with Dex's mom, so it's possible that he did have a few interactions with the kids, Brian and Dex, maybe through those meetings, he had figured out the psyche of Brian...Brian probably did not like Harry, and hence when they were left like that drowned in a pool of blood..he knew just which kid would really respond to him and can be helped...although yes the whole idea of letting the kid grow up to be a serial killer with a difference is well..disturbing.. and the whole premise of the show..lol.


Nur...my opinion on Dexter's seasons.. I have not seen S3 and S5, I would suggest you watch S2 cos it is very good..and then watch S4 cos Dexter's nemesis in the season was superb..John Lithgow played the character and he was outstanding..and plus there are some OMG moments that you should not miss. S5 I haven't seen, BUT it really did not make much difference when I got to S6...nothing at all...and what I have heard is that it was quite blah. S6- I saw it all...it wasn't very great...the biggest prob was that we could easily predict what was going to happen..and they had a whole Dexter debating religion and God angle..kinda meh. S7- the one episode that we saw has begun really well...I liked..hopefully the remaining episodes will be as good.

And like Shumi was saying...there is some repetitive moments, cos Dexter always is going aroud killing lesser serial killers who are not on the radar of the Miami police...so that makes up most of the episodes..the overarching villains are the ones to look out for, in that regard, S4 was awesome.

Breaking Bad...yes you have to watch all the episodes, cos every bit matters, unlike Dexter where the supporting characters are quite filler types, except for Debra.. in BB they play a more important role. I'm still only half way through S3...

Ok cool...will download Dexter season 4 to stock up on too😆...and the Breaking Bad seasons as well...

Yeah I figured Harry wasn't Dex's dad...it's pretty obvious cuz they showed the biological father...again, Rudy was the one to kill that father only to trigger Dex's old memories again.

And you are probably right about the speculation that Harry may have interacted with both kids at some point previously if he was involved with their mom...and may have already seen the hints of madness in Brian and couldn't connect with him so sort of let him go into the foster care system instead...maybe not the right thing to do...can deffo be debated but they've left it open enough for us to speculate...

Also as an aside...I realized just now only that Dex's MOM used to paint her nails in different colors just like Brian did for the nails of HIS victims and that's just CREEPY...so disturbing...this was his weird way of finding connection with his massacred mother? Man how the human mind can fragment...really no one can predict.

Awe Anu, it's good to hear that u had some "me" time and got yourself some new pair of shoes! That always makes one feel good, doesn't it? @OUAT- I saw it as it aired and so I was done with it's first season when it was done on the network. The 2nd season just premiered last Sunday and I saw that epi already on air. I didn't think anyone else watched it here so didn't mention it.

Amyyy *hugs* LOL yes I like NEVER find the kind of stuff that I like and even FITS me...I don't have petite feet so like half of these high heels don't even fit me well...but today I got all kinds of lovely stuff so I'm on cloud nine! haha


Ohhh ok yeah I remembered you mentioning OUAT so I thought I'd ask...I watched epis 3,4,5 of season 1 last night and it was simple and cute enough...maybe my tolerance levels have improved...lol...I do like Ginnifer Goodwin so might finish up the season somewhere along the way and check out season 2 as well.

And BV plays CLASS songs in the show yaar...first all the Kailash Kher songs they've been using since ages and this song they've started using recently on Shiv-Anandi...it's absolutely stuck in my head and is probably the reason I end up awww-ing through their scenes sometimes...it has a LOVELY sweet rustic touch to it...I LOVE this kind of music...Just found out it's Amit Trivedi's song...no wonder it's so AWESOME.

Reading the description of the song on YT makes me realize why it's all the more perfect for SA...about giving into helpless feelings...very good pick by the BV team for sure.
