it's ok, might have a new job soon but I will be in another nursing home, I want something more exciting, I want to keep learning more and meet more people. I will miss my patients here either way. One day I will have to leave whether it is now or when I finish my coursework for my masters

Not that I am jealous but my manager is leaving a nurse who has less experience than me as in charge tomorrow. I wish her all the best but what is my manager doing by leaving everything on that poor girl's shoulders?
