Morning LadyM, Anu, and anyone around.😃

@LadyM-- i went to my cousin's place yesterday and we were looking for something to watch and decided to settle for that movie. it was a decent movie and I like Steve Carrell and Emma Stone.

By the way you guys, have you seen that BBC adaptation of "Tess of the D'Ubberville" with Gemma Artenton and Eddie Redmayne? It is on YT and it's pretty good...a VERY sad story but it was a good adaptation.
Actually, i've been spending time watching BBC dramas and stuff online...and much of it is Jane Austen dramas. lol that and Olympics. 😆 Go Lochte...Go Gators... Go Team U.S.A🥳😆

@Anu--- did you start on "Merlin"? Season 5 trailer came out yesterday and I so can't wait till September 30th!!

Ummm Amy - Actually I found the movie strictly okay ... even though I like Steve C and Julianne M. She has an extra marital affair because her husband is boring and their marriage has fallen into a rut. And he has extra marital affairs because he's on rebound. Ehhh ... in the end, their 12 something year old teaches them that they have to fight for their true LOWE. Somehow I haven't been as impressed with the romantic comedies in the past few years as I have been with some movies in the past. Movies these days don't have that flair of rom-com anymore... While you were sleeping, You've Got Mail, heck even Ms. Congeniality and Legally Blonde...

LOL no I haven't had the time to start on Merlin...I was out all weekend and got back Sunday night...only managed to catch up on some DID/JDJ stuff and was discussing that with Pallo in another forum...then I was getting done with my MrMrsIyer backlog...now that that's done, I'll try and get started with these shows.

I don't know if I have the patience to watch so many BBC dramas but chalo good you've got something to watch.

I also just managed to watch bits of the opening ceremony yesterday and it was kinda weird in bits...very chaotic even though the concept was nice...and the rest of the games...was trying to watch some yesterday but my mom made me change the channel *sigh*

Speaking of YT, Anu - did you manage to find Shaurya? It is on YT movies if you are interested

Edit: I finished reading Elizabeth Boyle's book, "Letters to a Duke" ... found it pretty decent 😃

I was out all weekend too and got back yesterday afternoon.

@Ritwik's performance--- Oh thanks for the link, Anu. I haven't had time to watch it yet. Do you have the link to his DID performance as well as Ankita's performance with Saumya.

@LadyM--- lol yeah storywise the movie was totally meh. I called it decent because of the actors' portrayal.

I liked this performance ... although I still think Sushant was a bit more graceful while doing Salsa. 😳

Edit: True that Amy! I like Emma Stone in the movie. For me she was the surprise package. Steve toh Steve hai ... he is generally good.
