On a completely random note, I had a viva today. Tooth morphology ka! 😛 And I spent the whole night studying for it, since I get way too lazy to study while fasting.. And them I dozed off, and missed the entire viva! 😲 My father saw that I was awake so he thought that I won't need him to wake me up, and he decided to sleep late too, warna he always is roaming around when I have an exam in case I dont wake up! When I woke up, I saw 21 missed calls from my friends and 14 messages asking me if I was alive or not! 😆 Anyway, so I missed my viva.. I made me friends talk to the teacher and she agreed to take my viva on Friday with another group.. so phew! 😆

What are you watching on TV nowadays? TNT shows? I see promos for Rizzoli and Isles on and off...how's that one? Man there is so much overflow of these crime solving shows on American TV...every channel has atleast six shows like this...lol

I watch TNT shows for the most part - Closer, Rizzoli and Isles, Franklin and Bash.. Rizzoli and Isles is good but Isles seems like a diluted down version of Bones toh I don't know if you'll like it. The stories are nothing great but the two of them crack me up with their conversation sometimes and give me something mindless to watch as I do my assignments toh I like them. Plus I liked the girl playing Isles from her NCIS days so I guess I initially started watching for her.

Franklin and Bash is more of a courtroom drama with two out-of-the-box lawyers. Again, I don't know if you'll like it but I like it because I'm always intrigued to see k ab kya karnama karaingai! 😆 None of these shows are too mind blowing in terms of the actual cases but the characters keep me entertained and aur kya chahiye?! 😆

Amen to the overflow of crime shows! Har jaga bharey parhey hain, har dosra show crime show hai.. And they have the same thing to show and almost the same kind of characters to offer. Wohi stereotypical tough-no-sense-of-humor-or-fun guy/gal, a sarcastic oddball, a sidey character, a coroner that is a bit quirky but knowledgeable... and so on and so forth.. 😆

Christian Bale and his wife Sibi Blazic take a moment at the memorial for the victims of last week's tragic shooting on Tuesday (July 24) in Aurora, Colo.

The 38-year-old star of Dark Knight Rises and his wife laid a bouquet of flowers at the memorial.

Christian also stopped by a local hospital to pay a visit to some of the survivors.

He visited on his own and didn't do any interviews or anything. Truly, the Dark Knight.

In all this while, not once have I seen Raghav's hand slip into his partner's for the act. After all, the slow-mo move is a solo action. So, it amuses me no end to see how Raghav has made a convenient exception for Ankita and has held her hand throughout the act."

Even as Raghav began to defend himself, Geeta added, "Also, I have to say that I have my doubts about whether it was really his mother's wish to see him dance with Ankita because to me, it looks like Raghav was very smartly fulfilling his own dreams and passing them off as his mother's." A beetroot red Raghav begged for Geeta Ma to stop all the ribbing while Ankita joined in and only added to his miseries, "Geeta yes, now that you point out Raghav's intentions it suddenly becomes so clear why he has been so touchy-feely with me all this while!" she said. Raghav could only hide his face and run as the ragging session just wouldn't come to an end.

LMAO yes it was SO obvious that Raghav was maaroing a chance😆...I said the same thing yesterday...he didn't let go of her hand even once during the entire time he was dancing with her...he never does that with the other ppl he's done his slow mo with😆...aww w I'm really looking forward to this epi!

@Nimrah: WOAH at your viva story! Thank god the prof allowed you to take it on Friday...I almost missed an exam once like that too...was up all night studying for it and wanted to sleep for a couple of hours before taking it but I finally woke up with a start when there were just about 15 minutes left for the exam to be over...LOL...the most panicked experience of my college career...but yeah the prof allowed me to take it that day only even though I reached the classroom with 5 min to spare and everyone had already taken the exam and left.




@Fivr: Thanks for the descriptions...lol yeah characters should entertain you, aur kya chahiye...I don't know why I find it so difficult to sit through most of these hour long shows though...oh well.

@Anu-- Are you done with Sherlock now? Now, that show seems super long even though it's only 20minutes over our regular shows😆.
I don't watch any other TNT shows except for Falling skies. I don't know but i get bored with cop/crime shows and lawyer/courtroom drama. I guess i'm more in to fantasy/sci-fi/mystery...and that covers most of the shows i watch..lol GoT/ Merlin are fantasy, Falling skies is sci-fi, Sherlock is mystery. hehehehe

by the way, did you guys see the trailer for "Life of Pi"? Amazing, amazing visual effects. I've read that book as a part of our reading in my lit class in high school. Irrfan Khan is going to be in the movie as the older Pi.

Nahin yaar...not done with Sherlock yet...*sigh* The epis are sooo long...I feel tired attempting to watch them at night.

Oooh the Life of Pi trailer is out? I haven't even read the book actually...just heard a lot about it but never got around to reading it...

Ya tell me about that! Sherlock episodes are TOO long and it does feel like some sort of "work" to sit through and finish them in one go😆. I felt the same way too. I don't know why they didn't make it a 4 or 5 episodes per season than these 3 VERY long episodes. There are certain parts...especially relating to their cases that could have been shortened but umm i guess that's how they roll. lol
