PG stands for Parents Guidance. When some content is unfit for children below the age of seventeen it is usually given a PG rating.

Wah Rafi! Kitna Bang on synopsis hai! Aapko toh is show ka writer bana dena chaiye. At least sab kuch clearly toh dikhaye gai. They just show things but they never tell us why they are showing it. Koi reasoning hi nahi dete! Sheesh!
