I think I pulled some muscle near my low back bone.. I don't know if there is a muscle there or not 🤣 but yeah, there is something that hurting very much for past 5 days now. Todays is worse. I can't bend down, or get off my bed... 😆 I feel I've gotten really old 😭 - probably due to excercise or I think I lifted some heavy boxes last week. but yeah, something happend and I'm getting the symtoms now.

Damn ..u should use a heating pad. it can be due to improper bending and lifting . and also maybe due to your workouts . u need to stretch before starting to prevent muscle pull and yes.. lol there are muscles in ur lower back .. I also have back problems lol its due to my accident and lol lack of exercise . Just use a heating pad and take 2 advil or aleve .. will help with the pain ..
