I think that sandy does love him and hasnt realized it...but realizing to the extent of confessing "love" doesn't seem right...the accident will definitely get her showing more affection and after realizing the extent of suraj's feelings her confession will come soon ...not yet (my opinion)... she cannot proclaim any feelings after the way he has treated her - just doesnt make sense ...

what will happen is suraj will open up as to why he behaved the way he did and sandy will reassure him somehow that she wants to be with him (that idk how it will go down - cuz i don't expect her to say ILY...)
