all this talking about the gunther, don't know if such a thing is really necessary. I mean, hello, they are holding lifes in their hands, so not the right place for such games. They can figure out whos the gunther when in a high rope course, those are esp made for situations like this.

no but such exercises r imp at every work place at every work front its a team building exercise a way to pin point who cna make otherppl work cohesively in a team and their job is surgery their work front is surgery hence they had to do this while in surgery its imp coz ic surgeons dnt work as a team if they dnt trust each other then there wld b complete mayhem and thats wya more dangerous

I'm pretty sure Mer wld be the perfect gunther. Already in S2 she was able to handle the other bunnies, when everyone freaked out over Denny.

avery only shines out when Mer Cris or Alex fall out do something stupid if they r on the spot being them and kicking ass Avery wldnt stand a chance Thats the pathetic thing abt Avery April Shonda makes them win or shine when everyone else commits silly mistakes if u remove those mistakes these two wnt have a chance and I agree Mer is THE gunther the whole L Vad thing she handled it so damned well and back then we had even George and Izzie so amongst the fav five itself if she cld stand out then right now she doesnt even have competition lol Mer is built that ways making ppl move forward

Wow nicely put Satan...and I agree Mer is gray he gets that but neevr before she did something which blew out this ways and their circumstances have frekaing changed they have a baby in the picture now they aught to be more MUCH MORE responsible they cant jsut act on impulse its not jsut their lvies now its ALL abt the baby now and thats the reason why Derek is all the more scared his main point in SF too was abt them now abt to raise a child together they CANNOT afford such goof ups they cannot afford to go behind each others damned back and Mer did it again this time not only endangering herself but even Zola but inspite of that Der understood why she did this he felt that she really needed it he felt her lvoe for Zola for him...thats the special thing...and he stood by her and NO not for Zola's case...look if this really was all abt Zola Der cld have had her custody alone like Mer said...and Janet didn't even had a problem with Der...Der totally ws on clear...but Der here is fighting for Mer AND Zola...not just zola...but as always ppl wnt care to see that
