abt promo thing...my take is Der came back to civilization after five days and instead of gng home he came straight to hospital and there he might have seen Zola...the DerOla pic we got is Zola in same dress as she is in this MerOla pic and Der ws in scrubs in that pic so m guessing he is seeing Z there first time in five days...sigh...dunno if he knows abt the temp custody or no...maybe maybe not..bt dont think he does...then Mer wld have got fired and he wld have gone into surgery and Mer wld have left...but i dnt know what the call ws abt...the call seemed something damn imp and something NOT happy...if i ws abt temp custody thing he wld b happy excited...but he s damn tensed and worried freaked out...so dunno...we wld have to wait and see
