I watched bits and pieces of BB - I liked the beginning; but then didn't it turn into a saas-bahu type?

Acha Anu, did you end up watching all of BALH or skipped it from annoyance?

BB was good for about 4 months yaar...yeah but later on it did turn into nonsensical saas-bahu crap...ughhh...but shuru mein it was really entertaining...lol


Re: BALH...nahin I didn't skip anything really although I did squirm in the cheesy bits and roll my eyes a lot...but first epi I usually do try to watch fully to get a sense of everything...

Sakshi looked SO sweet in that kurta and scarf...just wish the character is allowed to be more nuanced and layered...writing needs to be better.

The side characters didn't interest me as much...I hope the interactions b/w Ram and Vikram are more interestingly written in the future apart from the standard "get married" argument.

I had to leave for work so couldn't manage to watch the last bit...but I'll catch up in the evening today.

Ah, I see. Not that it matters since not much happened in the last 1/4 - or not much interesting anyway. Just wondering whether you avoided it deliberately or just because of time constraints.

Heyyy Amy! I had a SUPER AWESOME weekend...the best in a long time...we had so much fun in those 3 days...something fun every moment...exhausted out of our minds by the end of it but it was all worth it.

We went to NYC on Sunday so that was like MAJOR fun...

How was your weekend? Did you watch yesterday's Navya? lol

Eh...it was an okay weekend. I was home and caught up on some random American shows on Hulu.com.

@yesterday's Navya--- i watched it in about 2 minutes fastforwarding most of the stuff. It was B-o-r-i-n-g and filled with creepy nonsense from Anant's uber creepy family which does NOT interest me wee bit.


meh...i don't think i will be able to sit through indian shows for too long. i loose interest pretty soon. Why can't indian shows be weekly instead of dailies?!
