WORDDD...somehow, miraculously , given that this is a SP show we're talking about, they haven't entered the realm of cheesiness, as far as I can remember...the scene which had the maximum potential to be cheesy was the auto waala scene...but thankfully even that wasn't all drippy and woozy 🤪 😛 LOL exactly...so far I'm surprised each time that they are managing to maintain this despite being an SP show with FULL potential to go pathetic any moment😆...but as of now they are holding up *touchwood*...word about how the auto scene had the most potential to REALLY go that route...but when that didn't, my perspective actually started to change about this show😆...and now I do have some expectations that they will keep the interactions natural.
In fact , that seems to be the general consensus about the show, hai na ? Not just online, even some of my friends who're watching it ( for whom Hindi shows are anathema maranatha btw :P ) like it for the same reason...the real feeling to it :) and ever since the hospital scene, like you said AP, their relationship/bond has been evolving nicely...lol yeah Navya does have a mega-crush on him but thankfully they've shown, post gundo-se-bachana , genuine reasons for her to like him in that manner...because he is such a nice, personable guy and not simply because he saved her from the goons... LOL your non hindi-show watching friends are watching it too? That is deffo a big achievement then😆...true how that does seem to be the general consensus...this show has surprised some ppl I'd say...that genuine freshness to the interactions...they all just somehow feel real and identifiable. And yeah I feel that Navya's crush also is being cutely shown...she has definite reasons to like the guy...you can't blame her...😆
And I liked how they're showing Anant's being drawn toward her as well...I mean, during The Song yesterday, when he was looking at her and smiling ? Like you said, it was sweet...thankfully not saccharine and besotted...and there's no romantic nonsense a la SO shows yet :P :P Kyunki, in most of these shows, even when they show the falling in love process/stage , it's so superficial and farcical...real life mein thodi na you fall in love/ like someone because he happens to catch you when you trip : S WORD...exactly what I felt about Anant smiling at her and being drawn towards her too...it's being very subtly and sweetly shown...not in an OTT romaaantic fashion...and abhi tak trip-catch nahin hua...can't tell you HOW thankful I am for that...*touchwood touchwoood*😆...so true about how this stage is shown SO superficially in all other "youth" shows most of the time...beyond sick of that crap.
Speaking from personal experience, when you trip, there WILL ALWAYS be a LOT of guys around. Good looking ones too. But will they catch you and save your butt and dignity ? oh no. More like the reverse :P LMAO eggjactly! NO ONE will come to catch you...you'll land flat on your butt and everyone will show up in time to laugh at you...that's it...the LAST thing any guy would care to do is "catch" you in time😆...and usse bhi kam to then sit and STARE at you for like 5 minutes...Mahiii😆😆
Aur SO shows mein, like Anu rightly mentions, the choice of your attire and the length of the girl's hair are what determines her chances of falling in love :-/ Babydoll dresses pehnoge toh kya atkega ladke ke buttonhole/wristwatch mein ?
On second thoughts, kuch na atkega hi toh better hai :P LOLLL so true...AN pe bhi dikha diya that hair atkoing in button scene *shakes head*😆...but funnily enough she doesn't keep getting FBs of that bit to you know aevein make such a big deal of it, haina? They both get FBs of other bits with each other😆
