agree with everything you said. This team seriously has a lot of unity. And although they all worked hard for this, they still do not forget their respect for someone like Sachin. People like them, with values like them will certainly go far!

I'm just rewatching that whole winning moment bit over and over again. It's feels so unreal, but makes me teary eyed.

Dint you just freak out when A) we lost sehwag to the second ball of the innings. B)when we lost sachin when we had scored just 25 runs. and C) we had to make SUCH a huge total of 275 odd runs!! and when we knew that our middle order is great in collapsing. I was just so demoralized then, i din know what to do. But look at what the SAME middle order did for us!
India is one hell of a unpredictable team!

And yes, all of us here were teary eyed like fools! 😆...i was just telling deep how we celebrated--went out on the streets of Blore and randomly started hugging and dancing with strangers...everyone was out on the streets at like 12 am, screaming india indiaaaaa! Shit, am never going to forget the scenes outside! This is what cricket does-more than any politician's speech or actor's award winning speech, the people become one! =]

Man I WISH i was in India at today. Would have been such an amazing feeling! and okay, so when we lost Sehwag for 2 balls.. I seriously left from in front of the tv. I just couldn't take it.. but I was listening. and then in a little bit Sachin leaves too, and I'm like shit! Do we even have hope anymore? and then I told myself, India has 7 top class batsmen, they do have a very high potential and they can pull the team to a win. So I went back and watched. I did get a little jhatka when Kohli left after he and Gauti made that lovely partnership, but when Dhoni came out and started playing I knew we had nothing to worry about. and when Gauti left and Yuvi came in, I was least worried about Yuvi being new to the crease, cause I know he settles quickly.

Deep yeah, I'll post the pics.. let me go find them! :)
