Sore throat? Swallowing must be a pain :( Gargle with warm salt water or raspberry tea. It will reduce the phlegm and inflammation. If not gargling then drink loadz of hot liquids. It works! (mix 1 tablespoon of honey & lemon juice in a cup of warm water & sip away) Hope that helps!
