Siddharth Shukla has been roped in to play the lead in Star Plus' new show, Love U Zindagi..

Siddharth Shukla who was last seen in Jaane Pehchaane Se Ye Ajnabbi will now play the lead in Star Plus and Shreya Creations' Love U Zindagi.

TellyBuzz had already reported about Karan Wahishowing no interest in the show, after he had given his initial nod.

Our source states, "Lot many known faces were short listed to play the male lead. Even Aditya Redij was approached, but the role has now landed in Siddharth Shukla's kitty. The actor has signed the contract, and is all set to start shoot this week".

When contacted, Siddhath though refused to comment.

Love U Zindagi has new face Pavitra Punia playing the role of Geet Dhillon. And with television's Shahid Kapoor being cast in Siddharth, this love story will be worth a watch!!

norzar after watching first episode..........i m not going to watch LYZ...........😆 Shreya had killed Geet's character for me.... pavitra 's acting is too loud.........

zee siddhant is a decent actor, i saw bits and peices of him in the sony show, but i dont think he suits aditya's role

he ahs worked with shreya creations before
