Hmm...Will I like Maryada? What do you think? I'm kinda a bit hesitant after reading Nimrah/Fivr/Mels posts about the kind of dialect the cast is using...it's not that I only like the oh-so-refined and 'cultured' language/dialect...but a crass dialect does put me off sometimes...

@Mash: The dialect is actually not that crass....the characters are all refined....yeah some of them talk in the Haryanvi dialect etc. but they themselves aren't behaving like jaahil gawaars vis a vis shows like Partigya, GKD etc. etc.....this is my impression having watched one epi so far....haven't seen that Aditya character yet that everyone loves apparently....lol....but the rest of the characters I found intriguing....didn't find anything that off-putting about the dialect.....baaki toh its your call if you want to watch :-)

Anu - Believe it or not, these days I am catching up on the desi Twilight for pure entertainment purposes. I am neither liking the lead pair's chemistry nor the plot so far, but it is time pass. I guess I'll watch it until I find something better to watch *shrugs indifferently*

More than the DMG creatives, its these people who writes articles on this show annoys me. Creatives toh mentally challenge, delusional and tucche hai hi......but ALL the authors make DMG sound like some GREAT show that should not be ended. As if everyone will cry over the end of this retard show. roye meri jooti!!!!!!!!!

Anu, I watched the second and third episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan (that's the name, right?). Ok types, like you said. I am not liking the characterization of the female lead. She is such an abla nari and dukhiyari. Then again, they will probably give a backstory for her abla-giri *rolls eyes*, so I'm trying not to judge her too much. Prem is a bit too gaga over her....which I am not finding very pleasing. Yeah I get it....love at first sight and blah blah....but he has got to stop smiling so much. Although GK looks really cute smiling and all😆.

Today's Maryada episode made me feel sorry for Priya again. But I felt like kicking that Devyani woman. She annoyed me too much. Uttara was okay. And frankly, I am so not interested in Vidya's story. Don't like her characterization, or her clothing, or her :P

The lead pair has NIO chemistry. The guy is the most-wannabe-ish vampire ever and he can't act to save his life. Tell me when was that episode, when the chick comes to his house...and he's staring at her continuously? That's the only scene I watched of him...I want to post that vid here for ROFL purposes...🤣You guys have to watch it!

@LadyM....I gave PKYEK a shot. I really did. I tried my utmost to watch the show and find it amusing. But the show is so boring. It's not just boring. It's irritating. I can't stand Abhay. The actor can't act, and the character is blah. I dislike every character of this show. Misha would have been otherwise fun to watch if Priya Wal wasn't playing the role. I don't have any problem with Priya Wal. She is doing a good job. But after her character in Remix, Misha isn't really providing anything new, and Priya isn't playing anything different. The show sucks all the amusement out of my life, that's how bad it makes me feel. This is what happens when Twilight becomes inspiration for some 'creatives'. I never thought I would say this, but *long pause* I went through less pain reading twilight than watching three episodes of this show.

Na re Anu ... It's not love for Sukku! Infact her innocent babe act is getting to me now, although I think she's a decent actress, its pure time pass at this point. I have nothing else to watch *sob*

LOL I agree......GK's character in that show smiles a little TOO much....I was also finding it excessive....and yeah OTT elements bhi kaafi hai like lowe at first sight or whatever....he still got slightly better characterization as Abeer....in this show toh he doesn't seem to have much purpose other than marrying the lead girl and then standing in the bg like a trophy husband....rofl.....yeah the main girl's character is quite dukhiyaari quiet types....but I'd expected that given the promos....I'm liking Neena Gupta's character and Abigail's character....and the show has a kind of simple look to it overall that I liked too.....otherwise toh timepass hi hai....convenient to watch since I get the channel...lol

P.S. but I do like the bg music they play on Prem-Nandini....not 'pee loon'....that other instrumental tune they play....it's nice.


@Mash: LMAO agreed....the lead guy is so so sooooooo lame...I saw that one scene of his when he goes to the Principal's office and tries to intimidate him and stuff...ROFL....ridiculously bad scene...BAD dialogues, BADLY written and BADDDDD acting....the guy can't act to save his life and he doesn't have any screen persona worth talking about either....mehh
