Although Suhana broke the glass in front of Meena, she immediately made amends and gave her a saree. She also gave money to Dolly Didi when her son was ill. So technically Suhana has not done anything wrong. Lekin back then, Suhana was living in a nuclear family. In a joint family the dynamics change. If she lavishes Meena with monetary rewards that others may/may not be able to provide, she unwittingly creates preference in Meena's head.. which is not a good thing.
No doubt though that Badi Maa is the most balanced.....Suhana se baat karna toh banta hi hai Haan bhai ... Suhana se baat karna toh banta hai ... but I think she wants to talk to Disha to alleviate her hurt on the situation as well...since she was the one who was spoken to so rudely by Meena. but I think she wants to tell Disha the same thing, if nothing else to promote equality in everyone's mind regarding Suhana.
