I could relate to it for most part. Even in India Zeenia/Jawad marriage would've been frowned upon due to the age difference of 7+ years between the two. Probably the only thing I couldn't relate to Danish's excessive chauvinistic behavior. But then like Anu said, it was because he was an a*****e.

I think we could relate to Malaal a lot cuz of the whole desis living in North America bit and how realistically that was shown....it doesn't make much difference whether you are Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi out here....for the most part, everyone is going through the same issues....it's a general "desi" thing....so the way they lived, their jobs, their daily hectic routines, the way ppl from back home would judge them....I think ppl here would identify with that across the board.

Speaking of desis.....I hadn't expected it but Outsourced kinda is growing on me.....lol....the epi this week was hilarious! My mom and sis tape it regularly to watch it so I get pulled in too....haha....if nothing else you get to hear all this bollywood music in the show....they were playing "Twist", "jalwa", "raat ke dhai baje" and manyyyyyyyyy more songs in the various epis😆😆

Thanks.....it's purple at one end to block out the face of the annoying kid on Booth's lap😛....I couldn't figure out what color to use along with the coloring on the avi, so just stuck that brush there😆

Not to lagao maska to Mash, but her recommendations are always brilliant. I am never disappointed. 😆 Like Malaal, Daam, DKAGB.. Meri Zaat and Meri Jaan were brilliant shows but I enjoyed them nonetheless.. So yes Mash, I am all ears to your new recommendations.. 😆
