1. How did you find/come to know about this CC? I got the idea to create these FCs and CCs when I first joined NDTV Ramayan Forum on IF and wanted a discussion center for our RS shows.😃 When a few of the threads I created to discuss general things about old Ramayan got locked because they did not 'apply' to New Ramayan, I came to a compromise with the RF Dev Team and created just one thread where all discussion about old Ramayan would take place, and that's how FC #1 came into existence. Same with the Shri Krishna FC #1. I created it in the Jai Shri Krishna Forum of Colors' Channel after coming to a compromise with the JSK Forum Dev Team. When issues again began to rise about these FCs in the forums of the new mythos because of a certain few members, I decided it would be safe to move our 'headquarters' to a safer location, and then the Chat Clubs Forum came to mind when I had a talk with one of my IF buddies who has a CC in this forum. She told me that the CC Forum is for any and every discussion, so once the Ramayan FC #2 and Shri Krishna FC #1 were completed, I merged the two together and created CC #1, and....here we are today in CC #5.

4. When did you join IF? And why? Which was the first ever forum you posted in? Remember the thread? August 20th, 2008, and I joined IF because I wanted to debate about Draupadi's character with someone in the NDTV Ramayan Forum, so that was the first forum I posted in, and though I do not remember the exact title of the thread, I do know for certain it was about Panchali.
5. Who is your favorite actor from Ramayan and Shri Krishna (please pick only one from both)? From Ramayan, it was definitely Dara Singh for me. Though each and every actor was wonderful in their respective role, Dara Singh was so professional and meticulous in his acting that often times, I found myself associating him with Lord Hanuman.😳 In Shri Krishna, I liked Swapnil Joshi as Krishna the best, because though I never associated him with Krishna like I did with Dara Singh, for me he portrayed both the playful and serious personifications of Lord Krishna very well for his age.👏
6. Favorite Actress (again, please pick only one)? In Ramayan, I love Deepika the best, because she portrayed Sita Ma's soft, sacrificial, and strong side very very well. I feel she did full justice to the divine character. In Shri Krishna, it is a tough choice between Shweta Rastogi as Radha and Pinky Parikh as Rukmini Ma, because I felt both portrayed their character's divine qualities very very well, can't choose.😳 But since I cannot break my own rule😆, I'll go with Shweta because I did not see enough episodes with Pinky to judge her more thoroughly, as I never saw the later epis of SK except for a few.
6. What are your favorite mythos/historical shows from the last five years or so? Though none of the new mythos are my favorite, I like Anand Sagar's Ramayan the best out of the contemporary ones today, mostly because of Gurmeet and Debina's portrayal of Ram and Sita, and though I did not like Meenakshi Sagar's Jai Shri Krishna all that much, I enjoyed the bonding between Aditi Sajwan and Dhriti Batia as Yashoda and Kanha. As for the historical shows, I did not really follow any that much, but I did watch a few episodes of Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan and Meera, and I liked both of them. Rajat and Mugdha made an adorable couple in PRC, and Aditi did really well in Meera.
7. What are your favorite shows in general (both Indian and Western)? I don't follow any TV shows these days because of time constraints, but a few years back I followed a really good Telugu TV show called Chakravakam. After that, I haven't really followed anything.😆 As for western, I watch even less so can't say.😳 But I did like Full House a lot when it aired several years back, that's it.😆
8. What are your favorite movies in general (both Indian and Western)? Hmm....this can go on forever and ever, but my most favorite Telugu movie is the recent Maryada Ramanna. I also love Magadheera, Indra, Pournami, Aparichitudu, Tagore, Stalin, and Nuvvu Leka Nenu Lenu. In Hindi, it is Taare Zameen Par, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham, and Jodha Akbar. In English, I like Remember the Titans and also Freedom Writers. Though the Harry Potter movies are not my favorite, I do enjoy them, and the first Anne of Green Gables movie was cute too. Oh, and I absolutely adore the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice.😃
9. What are some of your favorite books? I love all of the Harry Potter books, Anne of Green Gables series, Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, and anything by Shobhan Bantwal, Mary Higgins Clark, Carol Higgins Clark, and Sarah Dessen.
10. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with the rest of us in the CC, which you think is one of the most valuable life lessons? Do not fear anything or anyone if you did nothing wrong. Always hold your head up with pride (not false pride😆) if you know what you believe in is correct and will take you on the right path, even if society is against you, because if no one else, God will always be on your side if your belief is truly correct.😃
