Saw SGP - Suhana's nautanki is funny as ever. Not much story-wise like Nimrah pointed out, lekin the dada-Suhana and the dadi-Suhana-Ishaan scenes were cute :-) Yeah Suhaana enacting the scooter ride with Ishaan to convince Dadi was cute but LadyM SGP has been banking on these kind of sequences only for a while, I agree that they are entertaining but where is the story heading ? 😕 I feel like it is only Raunak-Panna who have a story going for them now - I think Raunak will lose his job and end up in debt which will cause some friction between him and Panna what do you think?

EXACTLY! All we are getting nowadays are scenes which are not helping the story - let's leave IS track , I have no hopes from it in the near future . I'd be thankful if they at least don't show filler IS scenes just because IS are romantic leads.....which reminds me the precap seems like one of Ishaan's imaginations AGAIN - agreed it is cute but still it is the SAME thing only this time he is imagining on "zindagi ek safar" instead of zoobi doobi

And I fully agree about the Panna track as well. Panna's hints about the debts is making me think as well that he'll lose her job which will lead to the track you pointed out or will maybe bring some sensibility in Panna's MIL..Yeah Panna's MIL might learn to be humble that way and realize that her vanity is also resposible for it in a way.

You spoke my mind , there IS a way to show IS as a COUPLE without including the regular eyelock/trip-catch/feeling up fare. Till now he wasn't pinning his hopes on her staying back, now that she has decided that she will , he should DO something to make her love him or at least TRY to woo her. It makes his character unreal because of his oh so accommodating behavior towards their relationship.

I kinda sorta know how they are going to show IS together - I cheated and watched that part in OBS, the Bengali version of the show. As usual, Ishaan is not going to do a thing. Suhana will have to declare in front of the whole family that she loves Ishaan *rolls eyes*
Hmmm I am fine with Suhana confessing her love in front of everyone but does Ishaan DO something at least in private that triggers off the open confession from her?

If I were Suhana, I would be maha-pissed with such a bhondu for a hubby. I know a lot of shy and reserved guys Kavya. But they know just what to do when they are with a girl...if you know what I mean 😉 Actually LadyM, most of the shy and reserved guys are almost always something else when they are with girls 😉 😆.Sadly, Ishaan's infinite patience level is making his character a wimp

Being understanding and selfless in love is one thing ... being totally simpleton is another! If Ishaan indeed is in love with Suhana, he should make it work IMO. EXACTLY! It is as if Ishaan is slowly turning into a saint. Do you remember this conversation b/w IS where Suhaana tells him about the funny encounter Elesh has with a girl and Ishaan says had he been in Eelesh's place he would have asked her to show the tattoo on her back or something like that ? I think that was the only time Ishaan spoke like a MAN, it kind of assured the audience that Ishaan also has some desires like real and normal people

Re: Raunak and Panna - I too think Raunak might lose his job and might get touchy. There are bound to be frictions between him and Panna then. God knows how the MIL will behave! Like I was telling Nimrah, I think it will result in Panna's MIL becoming humble....

@Anu: I did like LTL ... *sheepish muh* I dont really mind the dragging at all as long as I get to find something new about the characters each time - and I got that.. Except for with Babi - she just pissed me off. But I liked Baji in that scene, learned something new about him.. So yeah, as long as I can see a character growth I don't mind a little bit of dragging. I mean I put up with the Supriya track araam sey becasue of that.. 😆

OH MY GOD! I agree! I understand why she is so worried and I understand her maternal instinct, but I do not agree with it and she just pisses me off now! If I was there instead of Baji I'd have whacked her upside the head and told her to lay off her daughter's life. She's a grown woman and can make her own decisions regarding her married life - you take care of your bevda pati!

I agree! And I think it's because - like Kavz pointed out - Dutta's not entirely related to them. I don't know how they are all related so I can't say who is really the rightful heir to the Patil money, but I so feel that Kala feels entitled to it and therefore Roops and Leela probably do too. And the fact that this guy just comes in and takes over their money and then decided to lessen their claim on it even more by getting married and (hopefully) having kids - I think that's what irks them. But Leela is a total leech! Roops is just impressionable and doesn't know better - but Leela toh poori ki poori parasite hai. I was baffled - almost speechless - at the speech with which she disowned Kala and moved on. But then she never did like Kala - they had that sibling rivalry going on amongst them and Kala always beat her... So I guess in a way Leela does think that it's good riddance. 🤔
