Aru - mein apni experience se keh rahi hoon...Im more attached to my company for the last 4 years.. Itne saare zulm hue mere saath, phir bhi change karne ka mann nahin hota... main thing being the comfort zone - being with ur jiju ...

par ye hamare liye acha nahin hai Aru- agar woh manager team change kiya tho? har taraf se soch lena - phir decide karna...

Aru - ek point tho meine notice nahin ki...sirf 6 months mein jump karna bhi theek nahin hai..If u r comfortable with current company ,be there only.

are haan mujhe sabne kaha hai par manager ne mujhase next year ka budget disucss kar liya hai

aur usne abhi team change kari haiso i guess ek chance dena thik hai aur 5 sal me 3 comp is enough

agar abhi stable nahi hui to next position me fight hogi

aur main apne job se pyar karti hu comp se nahi tum bhi sudhar jao

Ok gals...thanks a lot.Jab chat karne baiti thi tho tabiyat bahut hi kharab thi.... Ab better feel kar rahi hoon... tum logon ki vacha se..

Ab chalti hoon.. Sone ki koshish karungi.. Kal ka kuch patha nahin...

Kissi bhi haal mein work tho karna hain - agar office nahin tho,working from home.. warna implementation tho gayi kaam se..

Sab mere upar hain.. I wanted to teach them a lesson for not planning for backup - but not at company's cost... So kal sirf ek ganta kaam karungi - phir aaram..probably from home..

Pls pray that I should be improved atleast to concentrate on the logic 😆
