• now, in typical north India, a tata service station does not require more than 3-4000 odd square feet, come on, we are not opening a showroom...10,000 square feet, are tata people nuts?
  
• land prices here are touching the roof, thanks to the metro connectivity and commonwealth games hype.....costs in crores.
  
• why should we invest 60 percent more money when we are stressing on quality of sevice given the typical same quantity of 30 cars to be serviced per day? Tata thinks that we are nuts...its daylight robbery.
• A twin story building is all that we need. One will house the service bays and another the body shop (for accidental repairs).
