mahak i complete wat i have started if i'm interested in it....🤣 i lose my interst once then i dnt feel like completing it 🤣

"Mayank, Please hear me out once, please." Nupur pleads in front of Mayank, seeing his shocking expressions.

Anyone could tell that Mayank is complete blank right this second. He does not know how to react to this. Should he act normal, as if nothing happened a minute ago? Or should he be angry with Nupur, for loving him?

"Mayank mein janti hoon ki ye tumhare liye koi shock se kam nahin hai. Mein tumse bahut pyaar karti thi ya shayad karti hoon . Tabse karti hoon jabse meine oyaar ko jaana hai, samjha hai. I know you don't feel the same about me, and trust me I never wanted to come in between you and Di. That's one of the reason, why I left. Agar tum mere saamne hote, to shayad mein apne aapko shambhal nahin pati, isliye mein tumse aur sabse door chali gayi." Nupur says, with teary eyes, knowing what will Mayank's reaction be? But what Mayank said next shocks Nupur to hell.

"Jaanta hoon Nupur ki tumse pyaar karit ho, aur mein ye ab se nahin, bahut pehle se jaanta hoon. Lekin ye bhi jaanta hoon ki tumhare jaane ki vajah sirf ye nahin thi kyunki jis Nupur ko mein jaanta hoon woh itni kamzor to nahin hai." Mayank replies to Nupur's explanation, which makes Nupur, go numb.

She could not believe that what she is heard is true. Mayank knew she loved him, how? How could he possibly know? It was only Sanam and Samrat who knew about this, then how did he found out?

"Mayank, tumhe pata tha?" that's all Nupur could come out with. Mayank simply stares at her in amusement.

Flashback:-

"Mayank, tumhe itni bhi tameez nahin hai ki tum knock ke aa sako?" Nupur complained as Mayank entered the door, without bothering to knock. Mayank always had been like this. Whenever he came to Nupur's room, he would enter as if he owns the room.

It was finally the last day of college. Mayank came to pick Nupur, so that they could go together to the farewell party. Nupur was getting ready in her room, when she heard someone opening the door. She turned around to find love of life, standing near the door, looking hot as ever in red formal shirt and black jeans, hugging perfectly to his body. Nupur was mesmerized by the glow he had on his face. It was as if it's the best day of his life.

"Aha ha, someone is looking stunning tonight!" Mayank complimented Nupur, which made Nupur blush. "Thanks. Waise tum bhi itne bure nahin lag rahe ho." Nupur replied, teasing him.

"Oh thanks for the compliment. I appreciate it." Mayank replied to Nupur's compliment, with a smirk. "Let's go." Mayank declared. Mayank and Nupur made their way out.

Nupur comes out of her thoughts, hearing Arti crying. She draws her attention to the little life, who is wailing. Nupur moves forward to take Arti in her arms and hugs her near her chest. She tries hard to make her stop crying, but in vain. Mayank comes from behind and takes Arti in his arms from Nupur's arms. He pats her on the back and she falls sleep in Daddy's lap.

After a while, Mayank makes her lie down on the bed, ensuring her securities. He then turns to Nupur with question look on his face.

"Nupur, you were saying something?" Mayank reminds Nupur, walking up to her and taking seat next to her on the couch.

"Haan, woh tumhe kaise pata chala ki mein woh...?" Nupur hesitates to complete her sentence, with Mayank's continues gazes on her. Mayank knew how hard it was for her get those words out of her mouth. He could make out that how nervous, and more she is scared to even look at him.

"Mujhe kaise pata chala ye important nahin, Nupur. Why did you not tell me that you love me?" Mayank questions her once again, which makes Nupur look up at him. Mayank is hurt knowing that she could bother tell him she loves him, but again how would she have told him? When he never thought about Nupur in that way. Yes he loved her, but not more than a best friend.

"Mayank, I didn't wanted come in between you and Di." Nupur finally blurt out her biggest fear.

Mayank has no answer to this reply of Nupur. He knew how much he loved or may be loves Dia. He could not think about anyone but Dia. The only love of his life.

"Lekin sirf ye wajh nahin thi ki tum hum sab se door chali gayi?" Mayank again questions Nupur, changing the topic as he did not wanted to miss Dia at all, at least not now.

"Pehle mujhe promise karo ki you won't hate me after this please?" Nupur begs in front of Mayank, forwarding out her hand to take Mayank's in it.

Mayank is amused at what she just said. "Hate you? That's next to impossible." Mayank thought to himself, before handing out his hand to give it out in Nupur's.

"Lekin sirf ye wajh nahin thi ki tum hum sab se door chali gayi?" Mayank again questions Nupur, changing the topic as he did not wanted to miss Dia at all, at least not now.

"Pehle mujhe promise karo ki you won't hate me after this please?" Nupur begs in front of Mayank, forwarding out her hand to take Mayank's in it.

Mayank is amused at what she just said. "Hate you? That's next to impossible." Mayank thought to himself, before handing out his hand to give it out in Nupur's.

"Promise I can never hate you." Mayank reassures her with a small smile. "Mayank yaad hai tumhe hamari Farewell party. College ki aakhari party jaha hum dono saath mein gaye the." Nupur asks Mayank to which he simply nods.

Flashback: (3^rd person POV)

(Note: - Hey guys I am not going in too much of the detail in flashback. I will give you brief idea of what is going on in the party. I want this story to progress further that's why.)

Nupur and Mayank entered the party and joined the rest of the gang, standing near the bar counter.

"So guys, last day how does it feel?" asked Nupur to the gang, but received silence as an answer. She looked pretty shock at this response.

"Hello, I am not talking to walls here." Nupur said, getting annoyed, giving one of the evils to rest of them.

"Oh of course. It's really sad." Sanam replied out of the all, with a sad expression on her face.

"I know Sanam. Ab sab log alag ho jayenge. Hum log phir milenge na?" asked Ajay, staring at Nupur. He had a bi crush on Nupur, ever since they both became friends, but never dared to ask her out.

"Of course guys. Bahut jald meri shaadi pe." Mayank replied to with a blush on his face. Nupur was shocked to hear this. Shaadi? Kab? Kis se? Nupur thought to herself, Of course Di se, aur kis se, She answered her own question in her mind.

"What? Shaadi? Kis se?" Sanam asked on Nupur's behalf, as she knew that's exactly what Nupur is thinking right this second. Sanam could make out from her expressions.

"Actuallly, aaj mein Dia ko propose karne wala hoon." Mayank replied excitedly, wit ha glow on his face.

Nupur felt her hreat aching as if someone just walked over it, without giving another look at it. But what more could she have done? She knew this was coming her way, so she should not act so shocked as if this was never going to happen. Somehow she got control over her emotions, and she walked away from the gang and sat on the chair, just near the bar table.

Dia entered the party and Mayank walked over to receive her. He hugged her as a welcoming gesture. Nupur was burning within herself, seeing the view on front her eyes. Nupur, how could you be possibly jealous of you own sister? She thought to herself, but then again she could not tolerate seeing Mayank with anyone else.

Somehow she managed to look away from there, and turned towards the man who was serving drinks to everyone. She asked for a soft drink, and the man served her with a soft drink.

After a while, an announcement was made by the DJ asking everyone to gather up near the dance floor. Everyone gathered up and Mayank proposed Dia. He gifted her red dupatta.

While all this was going on one side of the party, Nupur was no where to be seen in the view.
