Personal information should stop being leaked. Period. Its sick to see someone doing that because of differences of opinions and enmity or whatever..It just needs to stop..If someone has a problem with another member, go ahead and PM the member...talk it out...don't leak info...thats bloody sick..I dont want anyone to know where I live and come to my doorstep like that.Its a different thing If I tell u myself..but leaking it..tsk..tsk...PM if u have a prob with another member..simple as that! Its not even hard!

Well then thank you for this thread, even though in my opinion, it should have been publicized when Chandni was taken advantage of due to mere differences on a public forum, but I assume it was buried as a moderator was involved in the nasty act.

@ gk- I totally understand that you guys are working on the future, and no doubt I'm with you...its just that it has been more than a couple of months that this happened, and I have no apology, no consolation other than that of my friends in the cc (thanks guys!), and worse, no reason as to why it was done. I hate to be the one to dig up old graves, but you don't understand what it was like....now all of IF can send me christmas cards.

Mimz... I work very closely with IT forensic team.. i have see so many unfortunate cases which happened due to leak of personal information on the net. I see sad cases everyday!!

Agree.. if i needed to send out my personal info to someone i can pm.. why does a 3 person i don't even know and care have to take the trouble of looking for my information and posting where noone is interested in even knowing it!!!! Or are they..😆

@ everyone: What happened in the past HAS BEEN questioned and is up before the GM's / Admins themselves. Sadly that is out of mine and gurprit's hands as it happened when we were NOT part of CC DT. However, please take all your grudges to our admin Priya or Vijay and I am sure they will be glad to assist you. Me and gurprit cannot really do much when the victims themselves don't come forward to us with their complaints and instead go around announcing it publicly rather than sending us the details [And Chandni this is not directed at you so please don't take offence]. We always get to know about stuff from other people's mouths but we would appreciate it people in questions themselves PMed one of us regarding the issues affecting them.
